Once a Rough Rider, always a Rough Rider.

A home for our class to stay connected, support one another through life's hardest moments, and celebrate everything we've built since walking those halls.

Dr. Bryce Brandt

Dr. Bryce Brandt
Roosevelt Class of 2008 — 1989–2026

It is with sorrowful hearts that we share that Dr. Bryce Brandt, Roosevelt Class of 2008, passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday, March 12th, surrounded by those he loved.

Bryce held many roles in life, and he approached each of them with dedication and heart. He was a son, a brother, an uncle, a cousin, a nephew, a friend, a provider, and a colleague. He loved his family fiercely and showed unwavering devotion to his nieces. He was a loyal friend to so many. And above all — he was a healer.

Through his work as a chiropractor, he helped heal not only the bodies of his patients, but often their minds and spirits as well. His work was more than a profession. It was a reflection of the compassion and faith that defined who he was.

“To know Bryce was to love Bryce. He was courageous, loving, kind, passionate, devoted, patient, resilient, and compassionate.”

In his final moments, those gathered were asked to share one word that described him. So many meaningful words were spoken. If Bryce could speak to us now, he would remind us to live like a sloth — to slow down, live deliberately, and take life one day at a time. He would remind us that resilience is built through patience, that healing takes time, and that we should continue leaning on our faith and trusting in God’s plan.

We show up for each other.

Life brings unexpected moments -- loss, illness, celebration, and everything in between. The Class of 2008 Fund exists so we always have a way to show up for one another, no matter where life has taken us.

Contributions are collected and held transparently. Every dollar goes directly to supporting classmates in need -- flowers for a family, a meal, a card, or whatever the moment calls for.

The fund is managed by class coordinators with full transparency. You can see how funds have been used in the Updates section below.
